Friends, Welcome to InThePottingShed. This is a space for reflection, for questions and for wonder. I don't offer answers, advice, or a fixed view of what is right. I focus on the sharing of big questions, tiny noticings, and a shared joy in the world around us.

I am a Methodist Minister, and love reflecting on what it means to follow Jesus as a neurosparkly, creative person. 

I am a holistic coach, and love helping folk discover their potential, name their goals, and take action on them. 

Whatever your spirituality I'd love to work with you, I'm person centred, and believe we are all body,mind,soul intertwined- and the best coaching will work with all of you, to develop your thinking, your being.

From noticing tiny moments of beauty, to sharing stories of God's plans at work, wondering how we connect through difference, reflecting on what it means for me to follow Jesus, or bemoaning my latest craft disaster, you'll find it all here, lovingly shared, and open for discussion, because honest vulnerability matters in building connection- and I believe we are all made to connect. 

By sharing a small part of my daily life, from my potting shed to you, I hope you'll be encouraged, inspired and equipped to notice the joy and wonder in the world around you, to challenge the anxiety and fear so present in our world, and to live a life filled with curiosity and joy.
